Class Description:
Unleash your creativity in this exciting 3D art class where kids will bring their imagination to life by creating sculptures and three-dimensional artworks using a variety of media! Young artists will learn how to transform everyday materials like clay, wire, papier-mâché, and recycled objects into incredible works of art.
Throughout this hands-on class, kids will experiment with different sculpting techniques, from molding and shaping to assembling and constructing. They’ll build both abstract and realistic sculptures, exploring texture, balance, form, and design. Whether they're making clay creatures, wire figures, or imaginative mixed-media sculptures, this class will allow them to express themselves in new and exciting ways!
By the end of the course, each child will have their own collection of unique 3D creations and a better understanding of how artists work in three dimensions. This class is perfect for kids who love to build, create, and explore the world of sculpture!
Students will need to bring a cardboard egg carton and 3+cardboard cereal or similar size cardboard food boxes.
