Class Description:
Join us for a fun and creative printmaking class where kids will explore the exciting world of prints using a variety of media! In this hands-on class, young artists will discover different techniques such as stamping, block printing, and monoprinting, while experimenting with materials like ink, paint, fabric, and even found objects.
Through engaging projects, students will learn the basics of creating their own prints, exploring textures, patterns, and colors. The class will encourage creativity and self-expression as kids develop their artistic skills, from simple prints to more intricate designs.
(Depending on time, students in the 3rd-6th grade may be asked to bring a shirt to class to be used in the silkscreen printing process)
